App functionality is good overall but the interface is quite old looking now and I personally find it quite slow. Also the products offered are quite out cf line with other banks. Even Halifax - in the same group - is offering the same packaged accounts for considerably less money.

Now trying to login on my new mobile all works fine up to verification with receiving a phone call and giving a number showing on screen but no call is sent from BOS so some bug is causing large issues and delays. Staff over the phone said many have experienced the same error but this won’t be resolved by deleting and reinstalling the app as the phone needs to receive a call from outside the app.
