If you are new to Online Banking, you will need to complete a quick registration process using your Customer Reference Number. If you are an existing customer and have already registered for Online Banking, simply log in using your Customer Reference Number and password. Your security matters Bank of Sydney will never send you a link via email or SMS asking for your passwords, Customer Reference Number, or other sensitive banking information. Lately both Face ID and PIN login are gone. If they told me I was meant to do that, it wasn’t a very clear communication. The was always an awful app to use. There been an upgrade but somehow has exactly the same unintuitive interface. Cancelling a recurring direct debit shows you all the regular direct debit info (including the amount) and you’re supposed to press Confirm to cancel. But for all intents and purposes it looks like you’re confirming to transfer.
