Constant problems
The account is hidden with no way of making it accessible. I’ve tried tech support (the treasury department) is the tech support apparently. No help. The lady at the local branch had the best idea. Delete and reinstall to see if the bugs have been fixed. But this is just the latest issue. You’d think that a bank who says that they’re focused on the customer would have higher standards for actually making sure their customers were satisfied. Update: trying to log in after reinstalling the app. It’s giving me a error for wrong username or password and guess what… no reset link 🤦♂️ Guess I need to call the treasury department.
