The message I saw on the website (not the app) indicated it was down for maintenance. Daytime maintenance M-F is not acceptable. A message saying it was going to take mace would have been appropriate and appreciated. -- GinnyCz, 2025-12-13 ### *---- "Service declining" BankESB used to have great app and customer service. Both continue to decline. App requires a code sent you your phone but never actually sends the code. Calling for help now sends you to a call center instead of the local folks that used to help you. -- Worokia, 2025-11-13 ### *---- "App won’t load banking details" Need to log in over 10 times for the network error to go away. -- Knickerknamer, 2025-11-07 ### ***** "Awesome banking app from ESB!" The app is so easy to use I love the deposit a check feature! ESB really knows what their customers need to make banking easy! -- LS1053, 2025-07-31 ### ****- "Screwing around" The banking experience was much better before you folks tweaked the app to “enhance” the bankers experience. Please keep your #@&$%* hands off the app before you make it unapproachable for anyone to use it! -- patriotsfan413, 2025-07-09 ### ***-- "What a pain in the neck" I understand scam awareness, but this bank’s security precautions waste way too much time. Idk if that’s an app thing or a bank thing, but either way, it’s a monumental pain. -- Harpette, 2025-03-07 ### *---- "Crashes a lot" This app use to be good now I have to closed and re start it every time I use it 👎🏽 -- urieidhh, 2025-02-05 ### ***-- "Sending a code" Don’t like the fact I have to do this each time. Also, been happening quite a bit lately that says error has occurred and I have 2 start all over. Finding app less user friendly than before. -- Ccarotenuto, 2024-08-01 ### ***** "Happy customer" Have been a customer for 11 years. Have never had a problem. Online services have always been easy. In-bank visits have always been pleasant. Personnel always pleasant and polite. -- Poststroke, 2024-07-26 ### **--- "App crashes every login" Once you get past the login errors, which do not instill trust in your banking institution, it sends to get the job done. -- Keith S., 2024-07-14 [View all bankESB Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to bankESB Mobile - [Athol Savings Bank](https://apptail.io/app/athol-savings-bank-swe/united-states) - [Flagstar Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/flagstar-mobile-banking-pzg/united-states) - [ACB Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/acb-mobile-NVJ/united-states) - [Provident Bank®](https://apptail.io/app/provident-bank-jDmb/united-states) - [bankHometown Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/bankhometown-mobile-dmxb/united-states) - [MyProvident Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/myprovident-mobile-banking-opdc/united-states) - [Southside Bank](https://apptail.io/app/southside-bank-cVwc/united-states) - [Andrew Johnson Bank](https://apptail.io/app/andrew-johnson-bank-XQSc/united-states) - [ESL Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/esl-mobile-banking-mBVc/united-states) - [Edmonton State Bank - Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/edmonton-state-bank-mobile-HsYc/united-states) ## bankESB Mobile Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/bankesb-mobile-JkXb/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/bankesb-mobile-JkXb/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
