## BankFirst Reviews in United States

### *---- "Mobile Deposit"
The mobile deposit feature needs to improve.

The image that is taken cannot be scaled and even though the camera is zoomed in, it captures an image zoomed out.

It took me 10+ tries to capture an image that the software would accept.
-- Marsue1941, 2024-05-17

### *---- "Horrible"
Several features are missing that I used from the old app. Half the time website or app doesn’t work.
-- Xhamx89, 2024-03-15

### ***-- "Aggravated"
Since y’all changed the app I can’t get my deposits to go through!
-- Hdhhjifgv, 2024-03-05

### *---- "Apps are supposed to be convenient and informative"
Yikes. Where do I begin? At least 25% of my deposits are rejected. Transactions repeatedly disappear at some point when they transition from pending to completed. One has to do the math in one’s head and remember all the pending transactions. And a simple transfer of funds from one account to another should be immediate - but often takes more than a day. It’s the same bank, for crying out loud. I seriously believe the people who built the ACA website designed this app. It’s forcing me to change banks.
-- Not Happy Depositor, 2024-02-22

### *---- "App"
This app is difficult
-- Alljacked, 2024-02-20

### ***** "App Experience"
Fantastic customer experience. They even gave me 10k extra dollars.
-- Bank First #1 Fan, 2024-02-17

### *---- "Can’t get into my account"
I use the same log in info for everything. I know my username and password. Yet, with the new update, I can’t even get into my own account. Just stupid.
-- savxelizabeth, 2024-02-14

### ***** "Enjoyable Banking"
Thank you!
-- GloCool, 2024-02-11

### *---- "NEW PLATFORM"
IM SURE THE NEW PLATFORM WILL BE GREAT ONCE I LEARN TO MANEUVER IT BUT FOR NOW, THE LAYOUT LOOKS VERY ELEMENTARY & UNPROFESSIONAL. IE TO EDIT BILLPAY ACCOUNTS. I CAN ACCESS AND PAY A VENDOR BUT CANNOT FIND A WAY TO VERIFY OR EDIT THEIR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR ADDRESS.
-- BeachOasis, 2024-02-07

### ***-- "Jcham"
Too complicated and inconsistent with
Some of printed instructions; e.g. requirement to reestablish remote deposit capability but when attempted, application did not perform as described to set up the capability.
-- Ankle O. Sing, 2024-02-07
