### **--- "Great Bank, But the App Feels Stuck in 2015!"
I have nothing but great things to say about Bank5 and its staff the service is excellent, and everyone I've interacted with has been professional, helpful, and kind.
However, the mobile app is a real letdown. It feels outdated, like something from 2015. It's slow, crashes often, and the overall experience is frustrating. In a time when most banking apps are fast, intuitive, and reliable, this one seriously needs a major update.
I hope the bank invests in modernizing the app soon, because the quality of the service deserves a much better digital experience.

Please this update took care of the bolding and the separation of pending but still NEED DATE HEADERS. 
Why is this so difficult? The app was great. Transactions were separated by date! 
This is such a tedious task to look at transaction without date headers.
