When will the Revolut UK sync come back?

Hi team, I love Bankin’ but it’s been 3 weeks since my Revolut UK account was last synchronised. Do you have visibility on when this issue will be solved? Many thanks in advance.

TRACKING AND HARASSING NON CUSTOMERS

I would advise you to “cease and desist” from harassing me but if you do it will only end in verbal castigation .I have never register with you insipid app so stop sending me your crap emails ! Banks like you are TRASH AND PUNK ASSED MORONS!

Still using screen scraping! I’m not giving you my banking credentials. Get on to open banking already!!!

Terms and conditions are unmanageable

I gave up after 10 minutes reading the Terms and Conditions - I’m not a security or financial expert, and didn’t understand the significance of what I was reading. I estimate it would have taken 2 hours to read the whole document. I can’t hand over access to my bank accounts to a company that isn’t able to explain in terms I understand what the significance of doing is. This is significant: French consumer law is different in many significant respects to other jurisdictions. Removed without registration.

App is in a mixture of French and English. Developer not helping

I am very tech savvy but could not find a way to make the app converse with me in English. A lot of the extra features were in French. I contacted the developer but received a stiff ignoring so I have now deleted my account. A great shame as I was considering going pro. Had the developer responded, and based on the functionality that I was able to witness in English, I would have scored it 2 stars. I am also not convinced on how secure this app is, the\ere are quite a few reviews about this aspect too. The fact that the developer could not even be bothered to respond to a customer further exacerbates these concerns. I wish I had read the other customer reviews in detail before downloading as there is a lot of complaints over the app doing things in French despite an English selection/setup. There are also mentions of security concerns. I see that the developer has responded to some other customer feedback so let’s see if this review will trigger some feedback. My French into English question sent into support was obviously too trivial for the developer.

Don’t trust your personal data

Read carefully the T&Cs long document especially section 15, being a French company they do use your personal to ‘help with your services’ - this isnt the case with any UK banking apps that offer to manage your accounts so be very wary and proceed with extreme caution by agreeing to this and allowing this outfit access to your important financial data. Do what I did, delete it straight away and get a UK bank alternative, it’s not worth the risk in this day and age.

Very useful

Living in different countries in Europe I open banks account. It's the only app I found that mutualize them.

Good idea bad execution

Does not work with most of the accounts which make it useless. In addition, the support is extremely slow

No reason for using it

My bank provides me all the information service of this app and can move money securely, so no reason for using it. Regarding the list of banks, no progress in 3 years. So development is stuck in a few simple features. Cannot compare with other Fintech apps

Insufficient Banks involved

When you don’t have one of the Major UK banks you’ll never be adequate. No Santander? No use!
