This is an improved version which covers the shortcomings of the previous app. Just one suggestion. The receipt received after every transaction doesn’t include details such as transaction ID. We have to look at the transaction from the account details to find the ID. Will improve the convenience factor.

The worst bank I have ever used! I deeply regret being a customer of this bank. For anyone reading reviews and considering using this bank, I strongly advise you to never choose it. It is the worst bank you’ll come across in this country. Their helpline number doesn’t work, their app is terrible, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere.

Tried multiple times biometric, some error or invalid area pops out. The manual verification wont work for me because i have old format card and this only works for smart card. 
Complained multiple times but didnt get any response. 
Now the old app is going to stop working in 2 days, what am I supposed to do?

I found the last bank islami app more user friendly and simple. This one is quite confusing and I have faced several issues regarding transaction. They tried to modernise the app but somehow failed.

Key issues 
1) the are asking for extremely lengthy complicated password 
2) if you have multiple accounts you cannot see account wise statement 
3)UI is not simple . It’s a headache 

I might change banks if they don’t resolve this
