Works seamlessly with Apple Pay and Cash App. -- Mike11111111466, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "the worst" genuinely the worst bank i’ve ever made an account with- i didn’t even want to open an account with them in the first place, but the wording was sneaky when I was trying to get my school aid and somehow I ended up with an account. every time I try to transfer my funds, 70% of the time it would cancel the transfers or just never transfer period. The monthly fee was almost $3 which is crazy to me. Now I have finally been able to move all my funds out of this account ( which took forever because of all the cancelled transfers and the fact that you can only transfer 250 at a time and it takes a good amount of days), I’m trying to close my account but it told me I needed to speak with an adviser before doing that (???) and when I called the number they provided me with, I’m told by my provider that the call can’t be completed and to check the number to call again. LET ME CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!! So sick of this bank. It’s almost like they’re trying so hard to keep you to the point where it’s ridiculous. Now I can’t close my account and I’ll probably get charged with another monthly fee….which is probably what they want. That one didn’t work either. That’s not a good idea at the moment. I want to close my account but my school goes through them unfortunately. I stay frustrated. This bank is a joke. Run. I have been in contact with customer support THREE times and they offer absolutely no help and pretty much say there is nothing they can do. I can’t use my debit card because the bank declines it and it will not allow me to cashapp money from this account either. So, my money is trapped in this account as they continue to charge a higher service fee each month. UPDATE: finally figured out how to move money out of the account no thanks to customer service. I received an email saying the payment has processed, but the recipient still has not received my money.
