The problems started when I was hacked on my computer. No money was lost (due to 2FA required for new transfers) but when that happened BankVic prevented me from transferring money out of my account - but I could still use my Visa card so it was still a reasonably useful account (although still not ideal). Then one day all of a sudden I get locked out of the app, and also the website. So I had zero access to my account. I rang BankVic and was told to provide my password which I did, but I apparently I had another password for phone banking which I had not used in about a decade. I simply did not know it and the woman I spoke was about as inspiring as root canal.
