When I try to open Bank West using Siri I must speak extremely slowly before the Bank West app will open when I open another Bank app speaking. Normally the app will open as expected. The behaviour that I expected is as soon as asking Siri to open Bank West with normal speech. Bank West would automatically open Siri has opened it. Siri states the Bank West may not be installed and you can search for it on the App Store. If this bug could be fixed that would be greatly appreciated
Where’s my BSB?
One day I had a BSB the next day it was gone, I looked through everything. No BSB.
Upgrade is a bust
I don’t know why some things are messed with given they work just fine.
Since this upgrade the app is needlessly picky about filling sections for no reason, pop up ads that are annoying and since it have been told I’ve exceeded my daily limit when going to pay someone even tho I’d paid nothing out for two days then am later told my account’s on hold - which it isn’t - and that payment can’t be processed because of “insufficient funds” - which is incorrect and/or “conditions” on my account - which there aren’t.
Not sure what’s left. Perhaps “You cannot make payments as you are no longer alive” is next can off the rank.
This is what you get when the testing environments that used to be simulated by companies now use us - the user - as the testing environment.

I’d like to enable notifications for all credit card transactions instead of just international or PayPass transactions.
Cash is King
I’m closing my bank west account due to them closing their stores. I transferred my money to a different bank account and it’s still not landed. They’re obviously trying to hold on to the money as long as they possibly can.
Face Recognition on iPhone Does Not Work
As per title. I just get an error message saying it is not available. I have an iPhone 12 running the current software.
Home Loan Direct Debit
Recently setup a fortnightly Direct Debit with Bankwest by calling them.
When i look at my homeloan “Manage” screen on the app it doesnt show the Direct Debit I setup or the amount? Only shows what my monthly payment is still?
Can you fix this so customers can actually see their weekly or fortnightly direct debits that they have setup with the bank - it shouldnt be that hard - I only use the App !!
Unable to see my home loan minimum repayment amount
Love the app but for some reason I can’t see my minimum monthly repayment amount on my variable home loan. The joint party on the loan is able to see it in their app though.
I have asked the contact centre to submit this to the app team to investigate so I’m hoping it will be fixed because it’s my only issue - otherwise the app would get 5 stars from me.

Imagine going cashless and then forcing everyone to pay a transaction fee for having to use a different atm because you closed yours

How stupid is this error message? Now all I can do is a password login. No it's not more secure it's a PITA. Not a bad app when it works.
