This one cuts you off if you attempt to to access’s a link. Signs you out every other minute and tells you don’t exist. It doesn’t even have my club on the app, it directs me to another one in the same town. and BOLTON Not even the same county If you want your customers to solely use the app to book classes and join at least find someone that can create it for you My 10-year-old makes apps at school that are better than this. -- AppleAnni, 2025-09-03 ### *---- "Cancelling my membership" This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used -- Charl194, 2025-09-02 ### *---- "No registration instructions" There are going to be frustrated gym members all over new country. A group as big as Bannatyne’s shouldn’t allow their app developer to launch something on their behalf without basic registration instructions. Fortunately another reviewer has popped the instructions into an earlier, equally as scathing, review. Thank you to them. Bannatynes and their app developer must do better. -- Starkey's Gal, 2025-09-02 ### *---- "Not impressed" Never received the email to set up linked account. Still isn’t working and nobody seems to be able to help at the gym. It’s unable to tally up my moves from my Apple Watch / separate exercises it can only log my lifestyle moves while other gym members have every exercise tallied up so the challenges & leader boards are meaningless -- Shinny999, 2025-09-01 ### ***** "Love it" The new app is amazing and has lots of great new features, it motivates me a lot more than the old app did, was able to use my old log in and got into app straight away, love how you can see who has booked into the classes and the weekly gym chart!! -- cmcc1707, 2025-09-01 ### *---- "Rubbish" Absolute rubbish, impossible to login. Requires account with Technogym. What a nonsense. -- Michael M McKenzie, 2025-09-01 ### *---- "Doesn’t work!" Downloaded it to make a booking and I can’t create an account, only option is to log in, but I don’t have a account to log in with -- Martin Keene, 2025-09-01 ### *---- "Andy" The email link to download the new app does not work. I presume this link if it worked would give you the option to create a Technogym Account . If you download the Bannatynes App straight from the App Store it doesn’t . That’s when all the problems start. Not sure which IT jokers are in charge of the rollout but I hope you aren’t paying them a lot! -- Frustrated and Fifty, 2025-09-01 ### **--- "Finally logged in!" After deleting the app and reinstalling, there was still no register option. So for those struggling here’s what you have to do because I didn’t get an email explaining it. 1. Go to the technogym website and register with the same email as your Bannatyne account. 2. Go to the Bannatyne app and sign in. 3. Select your club 4. You’ll get a prompt to link both accounts. Done. Developers really need to spend more time user testing and fine tuning the UX before releasing. -- Huester84, 2025-08-31 ### *---- "Can’t log in" Log in just doesn’t work, even though password and email are correct. When requesting recovery of password - nothing happens!? Can’t actually get on to use the app -- BethyIloveeyouxxxx, 2025-08-31 [View all Bannatyne Health Club & Spa reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Bannatyne Health Club & Spa Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Kingdom | Health Fitness | #125 | ## Bannatyne Health Club & Spa Discovered Keywords - spa ## Bannatyne Health Club & Spa Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/bannatyne-health-club-spa-ucCw/united-kingdom) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/bannatyne-health-club-spa-ucCw/taiwan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
