## BAOverse Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Verification email never received"
Like CeebeeUK I don’t ever receive the email to verify my email address and log in, despite checking spam and using different emails to sign in, and re-downloading the app. I was disappointed to not get to use the app!
-- Vjfnodbk, 2025-07-10

### ***** "Great app!"
Very creative and engaging to use. Never had an issue with it. Congrats for doing something “different”
-- Ale--me, 2025-02-06

### ***** "***Finally fixed!"
Was crashing for weeks but now it’s fixed!
-- OJ-7, 2024-09-20

### *---- "Crashes upon opening"
Doesn’t work, can’t use my points
-- Sha x, 2024-09-11

### *---- "Doesn’t open"
Crashes upon opening. Did you not do a basic check before releasing this?
-- Reader-88, 2024-09-04

### *---- "Crashing before even launching"
What a shame- preferred it when the app was slow. Now it doesn’t even launch…
-- DenisaMT, 2024-09-03

### *---- "Doesn’t even open"
Love Bao but this app is awful. Have installed it 4 times and it still crashes when you try and launch it. The developers really need to see the quality of this app before they do anything else with it.
-- One love Olivia, 2024-09-01

### *---- "New update doesn’t work 😩"
Previous version was not great now the app doesn’t even launch
-- betty_lo, 2024-08-26

### **--- "new bills don't have a code..."
soho store give bills without code so you can't then claim your bao in the app. makes the app a loss of time
-- JoeX22R2, 2024-03-04

### *---- "Bao itself is amazing but the app?"
Is very slow though it has great potential my voucher aren’t going through to the till and it’s stuck on the welcoming screen
