As usual, customers become the beta testers on code updates. Code updates require regression testing as well. Please test your code before pushing future releases if you’d like us to use the app. If it doesn’t work properly, it serves no purpose.

I buy items. Then I return some items. Barclays will debit my bank account via autopay for the full statement amount (before reducing for the returns) even when it is more that what is owed on the credit card. For example my balance is $400 but in a few days Barclays will debit my bank account for $1100 because that was the amount before the returns. It’s 100% theft.

Take me to the account don’t take half the page to ask me to add an authorized user.

What Why is it so difficult to find out how many total miles are earned??????

I have never missed a payment in over 7 years but every time I pay down my balance to improve my credit score they lower my credit limit which lowers my score… not a partner in building wealth and credit!!!

My biggest problem was I had a fraud back in September 2023. Was taken off in October same year. Then in June of this year it was back on my statement. I called the company and talked about seven different people and they finally told me it was going to be credited to my account and as it turned out, I ended up paying $158 change. I am so tired of trying to get it taken care of that. I just let them charge it. I never mind paying for what I order but when I did not receive it, that’s not my fault.

This would be a good App. Problem keeps asking things from credit report including a fraud address someone had used years ago to open an account. And an old bank account was automatically populated instead of what I currently use.
