Communication and pricing are ridiculous.

Buyers are shopping around freely for quotes and might never contact you.

You pay almost 100€ for 40 leads and to contact a customer that can cost you up to 14 leads!!! 

And there is 0 guarantee that the customer will hire you as they often say “i am just looking for a quote”.

There is no advantage whatsoever to be verified or premium except a ridiculous pricey membership.

Even if a customer sees your profile and contact you FIRST… you still have to pay to reply to them and no guarantee of being hired even less to get a refund of your leads.

Please improve or please some competitor with common sense build a similar service that makes it fair for the customers and those providing services.

You pay before you can even give a quote, meaning if the client forgot they posted or have found someone else you're down €20 regardless. Wouldn't recommend.

..Because customers pay nothing and think that replies cost nothing the level of interactions or desire to hire anyone is close to zero. 
It is deadly sad when you spend 20+€ and haven’t heard even an answer.
Looks like way one road, where you even can’t have a review on a customer.
Would not repeat.

it should have a monthly cheaper membership payment with unlimited leads, no one can afford to spend 200 euros every month to get only few credits which won’t work 99% of the times. the app will have more people coming for clients if they do it.

Great setup and has potential to work only annoying problem is wasting so much money buying credits and people don’t even bother to reply, I spent over €200 on credits and didn’t get 1 lead just time wasters, if people don’t even bother to reply to you, your should get your credits returned.
