I started using Bark a few years ago and had some success gaining work,

The leads over the past year have been absolutely shocking, no answer on the phone numbers, no answer to texts, no answer to emails,

I have spent around £300 and haven’t had a single job from the leads this year,

I always reply in less than 30 minutes when a lead is posted,

Im doubtful that most leads now are even genuine people, 90% of the time the text messages don’t even say “Read”

This app is flooded with spam and leads that don’t respond. We have wasted hundreds as Bark does not have a way of refunding you if a lead is unresponsive. Customer support don’t care either. Please avoid!

After using bark for several months i can sum it up like this there are real people with real leads that need doing then there are some sort of gliches where it appears there is leads then when you buy them the number is inactive or in some cases the people you speak to never posted the lead …if this happens report it to bark and they refund you in a couple of days

From a gas engineer, all I’ve ever had from the app is cold leads and timewasters. I’ve went for 23 “leads”.

No leads will respond, which wasted your credits, and they will not be reimbursed from customer service. All they’ll do is give you your credits back for more cold leads, as they will not give you a refund.

Bad for business.

I have been using this app for a while and the price for job credits keep going up it’s shocking £55 for 20 credits they need to lower the price down otherwise people can’t make money on their business

I like the concept of the app, but I feel the company needs to improve their subscription. Buying leads is very expensive and for anyone this can be very costly especially when on lead is obligated to reply. Even a rejection would be appreciated, just so you know and can move on. 

More guarantee of a lead turning into a client is needed.

The app works well, notifications are prompt which is critical. But it needs a facility to purge stale leads. 

Options to quickly batch delete leads, or purge if over 1 or 2 days old, would be very welcome. Currently if I want to keep the feed clean I have to swipe > pass, swipe > pass, ad infinitum, which becomes impossible when there are numerous stale leads, for example I currently have over 150.
