Content is of course good. But cancelling your subscription is a nuisance. It‘s only available via phone. When you call, they try to convince you to keep the subscription. Very tiring.

Not only that the regular price for the content they offer is expensive but when you want to cancel you HAVE to call them and wait long on lin. Not knowing this , I have sent an email and asked to cancel but it was too late and although I called and they say my previous email they said refund is not possible. My experience with customer care and other publishers is very different when it comes to cancellation policies and in 2020 cancellation per email is usually sufficient. Quite disappointed

Less new Information! Only few new articles a day!

There is no option to have someone read the articles out to you, like they have in the economist app.

Der Inhalt ist Super, wie ja auch beim gedruckten Heft. Sehr empfehlenswert. Benutzung ist ok. Immer mal funktioniert das blättern nicht, und selbst mit DSL eher langsam im Update. Schlimm ist der Sign-up Prozess. Habe viele Versuche gebraucht, um das Aboformular auszufüllen, da das Formular nach jedem falschen Versuch )ein vergessenes Feld) auf Null zurück gesetzt wird.

I paid my subscription for the month and the service is not letting me access any of the articles in the app. It’s been a few weeks since I paid and no access. This has been a continuous problem and has worsened in the last months. I’m done with this… cancelled my subscription.

Solid app with very nice layout and UX. I wil give 5 stars if below issues are addressed. 1.When clicking on notification it takes me to the website instead of app. Pretty surprising that this basic routine feature is missing in Barron’s app 2. There is no dark mode option available to view the articles. We need this.
