Canceled subscription, got charged anyway
I canceled my subscription and the next day got charged for it anyway. Customer service refused to refund with an automated copy-paste email, after that they ignored all communications.
Just keeps crashing
Good journalism let down by shoddy app. It crashes every 2 or 3 pages when viewing the magazine
Don’t bother with the app
The app is not really useful in that some functions don’t work (e.gThe save article button). It’s also really annoyingly difficult to cancel your subscription. Just use the online if you have a subscription already.

Great articles but way to expensive
Barron’s are probably in the top 5 content providers regarding investing, trading and overall financial markets. The app is ok although I do prefer to read the articles in Apple News+ as it is easier to keep track of everything instead of having one app for each service I am using. The main reason for the 2 stars is the price. This is not a £20/month service/app. And even if it was the app does not reflect that. For that amount way more features should be added to the app.
Very buggy
Pretty much every week when I try and read the magazine on the iPad content doesn’t load and it just say “loading content” and nothing happens. Very irritating.
Auto playing full screen video adverts
Given the cost of this publication to subscribe this shouldn’t even be contemplated, I have no problem with adverts but when they automatically load, go full screen and play a video multiple times an article I’m considering unsubscribing.
Solid app
There is a considerable nuissance in trying to access and change payment details - otherwise a robust app.
