When the driver did not leave it at the door she waited until my husband answered the door and asked how much of a tip we were Leaving her. My husband found that to be very awkward. After he told me this I called barros and asked for the manager which he told me he was and he apologized and said he would talk to her. I explained that we have been ordering there since 2014. This was unacceptable. Nothing to correct the issue. I guess that would speak to how he is as a manager. Basically the issue was dismissed. It is poorly designed and when checking out, despite having saved credit card information, I find myself having to re-input all of my credit card details. There is no way to now reset my log in.
