Designed and developed by world renowned personal trainers Felicia & Diana from the Base Body Babes, this informative, user friendly strength training app is unlike any other on the market today. With the fitness market saturated with randomised workouts, Base Body is your one stop shop for your structured, intelligently designed training plan and your favourite tool to help you get REAL RESULTS.

The Base Body training programs apply the principles of progressive overload and run in 4 week phases, which means you follow the same weekly program for 4 weeks at a time, with a focus on progressing each session. For optimal results, it is essential that the body is continuously challenged in order to change and develop. But don’t worry, you don’t have to think too much about that!
