Give option to see granular power usage beyond 24hrs. From a company perspective (not app related), Base has the worst customer service and lacks interactive communication especially during the sale and planning installation. They base everything on pictures and information and even then they give false information. It’s a great offering and glad I did Base vs Generac. Hoping as they grow they get more personable and interactive. -- SkippyPGD, 2026-08-10 ### ***-- "Chat Notifications" The app overall is good, but can you please update the notifications to include chat? I have to open the Base app to know I got a message -- DrewsDetour, 2026-07-23 ### ***** "Energy Data!" The interface on this app is nice and simple but has everything we need - billing, grid data, estimated backup timing. The best feature is the push notifications so we can know if something is going on with the grid or our backup system when we aren’t home. -- zacandjacki, 2026-03-18 ### ***** "Love Base!" Keeps the lights on! My bills haven’t been this low in years, and their customer support rocks. -- htx_solar_guy, 2026-03-18 ### ***** "Great app!" Simple, easy to use app, ux and design are very well done and functionality is perfect -- JohnB29, 2026-03-18 ### ***** "Base Power App Is So Informative!" The app does a great job of outlining my energy usage, and notified me of a recent outage. It’s a great tool for people on Base Power. -- FrankRS124, 2026-03-17 ### ***** "I love the people" Everyone is on their A game and genuinely trying to help. Zero toxicity, and really good app mechanics. This company is gonna go far -- TobiSpitz, 2026-03-17 ### ***** "Super Cool Insights!" Base power has been awesome to work with so far and this app really leaves me with some cool peace of mind whenever a big storm is coming ! I don’t need to panic buy random things like firewood and fans for my home now worrying about being without. Super cool app and great team. Really curious to see how they will keep improving the app experience. -- Manofmanystories, 2026-03-17 ### ***** "Keeping my lights on" Base is the most affordable backup option in Texas. Very happy with the price and product so far. Wish all of Texas could have one of these given the problems with the grid the last few years… -- dandowd, 2026-03-17 ### ***** "Absolute wallet saver" Switched over to Base a few months ago, energy bill has been substantially lower. Battery looks beautiful compared to others, customer support is super easy to reach, and the installation was quick. Super happy I switched!! -- CoryAnd, 2026-03-17 [View all Base Power reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Base Power Discovered Keywords - base power --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
