Can’t select a location for delivery or collection. Just shows the title of the page and not content. Utterly useless

Good app, not that intuitive however on IOS at least. Also you cannot go to previous order and re-order which is just a pain. Most people order the same pizza each time, would save a lot of time to be able to scroll through old orders, edit and re-order

It’s an awful app. Everything from inputting your number to them consistently saying collection is outside of your area. Makes no sense

Used to have perfectly functional app, appear to have changed app provider / software recently. New app doesn’t save credit card details, no longer has a loyalty scheme, doesn’t let you know what time to collect your order, menu selection not user friendly, overall extremely poor experience

I selected a location - told me it was closed - I selected a different location and was told that it didn’t deliver to my area. Gave up and called to order.

Keeps telling me no store serves my area. Even though I’m a regular customer. Very annoying.

I spent aaaaages setting up an order. A few weeks later I can see that order but have to spend more aaaaages setting it up again. I should be able to repeat just by clicking on it.

The previous app wasn't great, but this is terrible. No tracking, order history lost. Clearly someone (intern or someone's kiddo?) was paid way too much. At least I'm no longer tempted to order pizza.

New app doesn’t track order. You receive an email after order inviting to track but you have to log in AGAIN - doesn’t jump to app. Also, Base conveniently forgot all the orders I’ve previously made so won’t get the - 10th free. Apply pay not available on app. No text confirming order anymore. Me no like new app.
