Seriously faulty routings
A good working app ruined by unreliable current routings. Multiple suggested itineraries through Badische Bahnhof are worthless due to cataclysmic construction in the area. Use at your peril as this is not real-time info.
Love this app - please fix issue since last update to iOS 11.2.6
This is my go-to up for Basel public transportation. Love it! PLEASE fix it asap. Since last iOS update to 11.6.2 it won’t load the trips (Fahrplanauskunft) anymore. After typing in location and destination the round circle shows up to eventually stop
Use google maps
Google Maps (which also has usability issues) has all the trams and stop information, plus it suggests better routes than the BVB app. Today for example the BVB app told me to change trams but didnt leave me enough time to walk the 50m, so i watched my connection pass, i was left stranded, and i missed my train.
Schlechter geworden
Leider gibt diese App nicht an wenn Trams oder Busse ausfallen. Sehr blöd

Falsche Angaben
Ausfall von einzelnen Kursen wird nicht angezeigt. Somit sind alle Angaben unbrauchbar. Das Tram kommt wenn es kommt. Dafür braucht es keine App. SBB App ist noch genauer!
Unkorrekte Angaben, SBB App viel genauer
Komme zum 5. Mal innert zwei Wochen zu spät zur Verabredung. Die Verbindungen existieren teils gar nicht. App gelöscht.
Vom Developer an den Developer!
Bitte die Möglichkeit einrichten, dass man Benachrichtigungen erhalten kann für die favorisierten Tramlinien. Bspw. kann die Kundschaft somit im Voraus wissen, wenn der Abschnitt beim St. Jakob umgeleitet wird & sie somit mehr Zeit / alternative Verbindungen berücksichtigen müssen. Sonst bringt mir die App nicht viel aktuell, da ich alle anderen Funktionen mit der SBB App bereits habe, die ich benötige.
BVB
Mittlerweile ist die App fast nicht zu gebrauchen. Falsche Infos und Angaben,konstant!
