## BaseUp Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Unable to book parking!"
Since the app has been updated to include all buildings they are booked out instantly making it impossible to book a parking space
-- @99&, 2025-08-20

### **--- "Latest app version has gone worse"
Unable to find gates, so went back to manually open the specific gate in the Help option.
Unable to book parking with default setting because now I must select a car first when there are multiple cars in the list.
I haven’t been able to book car space because they are always “fully booked”, but I could see that there are always plenty of empty car spots on the day.
-- AwakeningTime, 2025-06-26

### *---- "Can’t access via CarPlay"
In this day and age of heightened awareness of safety with mobile phones and apps while driving, why has a car oriented application not been built with this functionality from day 1?
-- Craig Giles, 2025-06-24

### *---- "Lousy"
Let’s you do look around, but kicks you out and tells you to sign in when you go to book
-- f life and everything else, 2025-05-30

### *---- "Extremely bad exp"
Never succeeded in booking during weekdays. The app got an issue to secure a car space for me but reported to facilities that I had booked but not utilised!!!
-- kevinlilsn, 2025-04-06

### *---- "Barrier never opens"
Bluetooth is on, mobile data is on, app updated. Barrier still never opens for me and it’s a nightmare since I arrive because our onsite security do.
-- Sarahelizabeth1990, 2025-04-06

### *---- "Book parking should not be so stressful!"
Can never load to book
-- JNB#Jo, 2025-03-26

### **--- "Please enable Car Play!!!"
If any app should have Car Play functionality, it is this one.

There must be some technical issues where it always try to refresh (rather than cache in poor reception)… which means the app can take ages to load in car parks (where we use it!).

Please address these.

When it works, it’s great… but that isn’t as often as it should be.
-- Sphynxxxx, 2024-08-20

### ****- "CarPlay needed"
Works well but 100% Needs CarPlay so I don’t need to pick up my phone to open the boom gate. Would be great to just press open gate on the cars display
-- Cam Steve, 2024-08-09

### *---- "IOS 12.5.7 not supported"
My BaseUp stopped working because Baseup all of a sudden requires IOS 13. My phone has the latest update.
I have booked parking I can’t access. Please enable IOS 12.5.7
