Op vele vragen kan de verantwoordelijke niet antwoorden door te weinig kennis. vele haperingen en het niet kunnen doorscrollen naar bepaalde training of videosworkouts. hier en daar zijn bij de videos van workouts en of trainingsvideo, bepaalde bewegingen foutief uitgevoerd bij de woorden die worden uitgesproken van de bewegingen ervan. vb.: benen onder de heupen plaatsen wordt er gezegd en, op beeld staan de benen wijder. vaak kan men de deur niet openen bij het sportcentrum ter plaatse. de vierwekelijkse automatische betaling zijn incorrect met als gevolg dat de werkneemster manueel de deur moet openen. met als gevolg, te laat bij groepslessen. toestel die de vetmassa, vocht en spiermassa ect. opmeet is zeer onbetrouwbaar! verder klantvriendelijkheid is top!
