Consistently gives me bad service whenever I call for help. I tried their chat option as well and it keeps getting cut off and the next person don’t know where you left off. No handoff or communication between employees and leadership at all. They don’t care about their consumers. They only care about making money. -- PAGE8, 2025-03-23 ### *---- "Can't login" The app never lets me login. I only continue to get a "oops something went wrong". I can login on my web browser with the same username and password without issue. Support couldn't help. They only told me to change my password...very frustrating. -- Miss_Kelipi, 2025-03-23 ### *---- "Mobile app feature not working" The “Love it” feature is not working on the mobile app. I have saved dozens of fragrances to my love it section and none of them saved! I don’t remember which ones I wanted to try smh -- RavinwithanI, 2025-03-19 ### **--- "Rewards points" The points don’t add up automatically, you have to log out and log back in for the reward points to show current. Which makes the app irritating. However it is easy for the most part to order Which is why it isn’t 1 star -- JnsGrl, 2025-03-18 ### ***** "Cannot access full screen" I have been a good customer for many years, but guess B & B will be losing my business! I have contacted B & B numerous times with the same issue as previously mentioned-cannot clear out my shopping cart - screen is cut off on about 1/4 - can’t rotate or minimize screen in order to clear my cart if an item is no longer available or I would shot change the quantity. Customer service is absolutely useless. I have called several times with no response. Guess they don’t need my business! Very disappointed!! -- B & B stinks, 2025-03-18 ### ***-- "Slow shipping" The shipping is EXTREMELY slow. I selected standard 3-5 days and it’s still not here. -- Horrible 5Str, 2025-03-17 ### **--- "They post incorrect dates for coupons!" We saw the coupon for $3.49 foaming hand soap soaps good until 3/17:25 on the app, earlier in the week. We did not they think that would be lie of a date. Get to to the store on 3/16/25 and the coupon was missing. Hard to trust a app that can’t honor their dates, -- BishPrz, 2025-03-17 ### *---- "Total Garbage" Work app ever, it never works -- zhdisjjsns, 2025-03-15 ### **--- "Several issues" I’ve had several issues. One time I ordered online & the price had changed so I was suppose to get money back, I contacted support several times and each person kept giving me different answers and saying I would get my gift card back but never did so eventually I just gave up. Last time on candle day, the app kept giving an error and the page would load, when it worked later that night all the candles I had wanted were already out of stock. You sign up for the mailing of coupons and never receive any while others receive 3-4 different ones. I love bath & body works products but the prices keep going up and getting more ridiculous. The rewards stay the same and with the prices going up, most items you can’t use your rewards for. It took forever for bath & body works to even give free shipping but now only if you spend $100 which was better than no free shipping at all before but I feel like it should’ve been at like $50. Also feel like they do the people that have to order online dirty & the people that go into a store to shop have it better. People go into the store and can use coupons if they have it and get better deals on sales where as online they want to require a code to where people wouldn’t be able to use a coupon if they had one and get the same deal as the people that go in store which I don’t think is right. Not everyone can go to a store, not everyone has one close to them and a lot of people have health reasons they can’t go to one or even get there because of bad weather. I just think bath & body works should make it fair & the same for everyone. -- stephag1990, 2025-03-13 ### ***** "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️" I LOVE BATH AND BODY WORKS SO MUCH 💝everything in there is smells so good 😋like I wish I can get everything in there but I can’t 😔but overall it’s a 10/10 in my opinion 🙂‍↕️🤙 -- Iloveultrasomuch, 2025-03-12 [View all Bath & Body Works | B&BW reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Bath & Body Works | B&BW Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Shopping | #38 | ## Bath & Body Works | B&BW Discovered Keywords - victoria - bath - bad and body - bad body - bath and - body works - claire's stores inc - bed and bath - bath and body works app - bed and body works ## Apps Similar to Bath & Body Works | B&BW - [Victoria's Secret—Bras & More](https://apptail.io/app/victorias-secret-bras-more-Dq/united-states) - [Marshalls Official](https://apptail.io/app/marshalls-official-Ehr/united-states) - [e.l.f.
