Vin decode fails. Says received failed check network. Unable to decode. Tried on mobile network and on WiFi. Same issue with battery location. Even tried on another device Apple/android. Is this a paid function or does it need another component to work? Other than app is good to use.
Cannot log in. 506BT works well with 906BT
Cannot login in it errors out . I have a autel account but when I try to use the phone app to register the tool it will error out and let me login “ account does not match “ ???
