## BattlBox Reviews in United States

### **--- "Cant login"
Unable to link online account and app. Tired of constantly resetting passwords and still can use app. Too much of a struggle trying to manage my account. Just upgraded my subscription but probably going to cancel since unable to manage anything.
-- Jakethelaw, 2025-09-20

### *---- "Didn’t get what I paid for"
I did the battle box subscription an did the pro + plus s/h an I received the mission box 111 witch is a great box but I also feel like I didn’t get what I was supposed to get. Reached out to customer service twice an haven’t heard back
-- Checkmate7p, 2025-02-11

### **--- "Excellent company, horrendous website/app development"
The app lags and takes awhile to get to things because of this. 100% of the time when I add something to the cart the app crashes and I have to navigate back to the screen I was at. Takes about a minute. You’d think it’s no big deal but when you’re adding 7-8 things for your bug out bag it’s just not worth it.
-- jmcmaster2252, 2023-02-05

### *---- "Never Again."
Signed up for the second from the top tier subscription box the “Pro subscription” and also purchased a mystery box. Lesser items from previous tiers were cheap and overpriced on paper to add value to the box. Spent over $150 to have the number 1 item from the pro box not be shipped.
Customer service responded back within 24 hours. They said they would resolve the issue and send missing piece. I appreciated that and upgraded to the “Pro Plus Subscription”. After upgrading I received an email telling me they would subsequently not resolve the issue and the only resolution for me was to “Skip a month “. No thank you. I’ll just cancel and buy quality gear, appropriately priced elsewhere.
-- good124356, 2021-11-10

### *---- "Terrible customer service."
No number to call, I’ve gotten one email back about my wrong shipping address that told me to respond in 5 business days. I’ve seen about 6 messages asking for an update and nothing.
-- CaptLunch, 2021-04-16

### *---- "Great products, terrible app"
I like BattlBox but this app is garbage. Not maintained or updated properly
-- Haha223569, 2021-02-09

### *---- "Crashes"
As soon as I touch order history it shuts down
-- New to disney, 2020-06-04

### *---- "App crashes"
Certain options it crashes.
-- August 503, 2020-03-13

### ****- "Pretty good"
I love battling, but this app crashes constantly on the sign in screen, and I can’t get it to work. I guess I’ll just order from amazon then.
-- randomperson2201, 2019-10-11

### *---- "Crashes"
I have reported it to BattlBox but nothing has changed, along with deleting and redownloading, and making sure there isn’t any update, but it will not allow me to open the app at all. Before it would take a minute then crash but now it doesn’t even try
