Battle.net Reviews

Do not advertise in push notifications

JuddMan03 on

Australia

My Lock Screen… It’s free realestate! People will just disable notifications entirely cause iOS makes that easy rather than opening the app, signing in (why did it sign me out?), finding settings and turning off news and offers. Then the Authenticator notifications won’t come through.

Buggiest app Award (no exaggeration)

TruthFinally on

Australia

Always tries to reconnect when opening but often have to switch in and out of the app for it to connect. Messages often show in the wrong order or missing until closing and reopening. Often doesn't log in first time. App is EXTREMELY buggy and hasn't improved since the day I installed it years ago.

Cookie fault

"Your browser's cookies are disabled. Please reenable cookies to continue." This is from the app itself.

Worst Authenticator

Reviewer91731257 on

Australia

Should’ve just left the Authenticator app alone instead of forcing people to use this when they don’t want it.

Useless App

Archangelspiv on

Australia

When trying to log in it asks for the authentication code which doesn’t exist anymore. It’s a cycle of that will never complete and waste your time. I tried to submit a ticket, but now that’s stuck in a loop of doom after completing the captchas. It’s best just to wait until Microsoft buys out Blizzard and hopefully things can go back to the good old days when blizzard was good.

Fix it….properly

dr1villar on

Australia

Simply doesn’t work anymore since the integration. Always an error message, then doesn’t let you log in.

Useless app

DisappointedSorc on

Australia

When signing in, it will ask you to go to the Bnet Authenticator which will fail to work. It’s like going into a vicious cycle. Absolutely pointless. Blizzard need to fix the Authenticator instead of forcing users with this pointless app.

One star. I can’t see or accept friend requests. Help tips: trouble shooting- not helpful. Trash.
