Not bad but glitchy lately

I can’t ever tell when my friends are on anymore because now the app is just stuck on showing them in a Que at all times, or it just won’t say that they’re in a game or anything. Just weird

terrible user experience, broken app

it’s utterly unusable and broken now. After attaching authenticator, app gives a link to re-login which doesn’t work. Restarting the app doesn’t help either. Way to go Blizzard

I only need Authenticator.

My requirement is solely for an authenticator and not for any social communication features. I find it rather unwise and disappointing that Blizzard has made this decision to include such upgrades. Authenticator at main page option please. do not need any other option or page.

Horrible customer support

The process to open a ticket is confusing and the AI program gives you the run around. I’ve been waiting 3 days with no response on a very simple question. With the revenue of a company like this, I am shocked the support team is so far under the standard.

Required installation that spams you

You have to install this app to use the Authenticator, which they apparently see as an invitation to spam you with ads. Blizzard gets worse every year. Sad.

Don’t send me commercials

Random notifications for stupid pay to win games. Unfortunately I have ti leave notifications on for logging in and security.

Annoying spam notifications

I’ve never had an authenticator app send me spam notifications for Diablo Immortal until now, but nothing surprises me regarding Blizzard’s shamelessness anymore. There was no clear way to disable these spam notifications, so I chose to delete the app instead.

Permanently Online Bug

Does anyone else have this bug where sometimes your status is changed to online and you can’t change it back without uninstalling and reinstalling this app? Its insanely annoying and I wish it would be fixed :(
