## BattleText Description
Are you looking for an addictive free word game that will stretch the limits of your vocabulary, train your brain, and increase the speed of your texting? Maybe you want to learn to text faster than your friends and are looking for a way to practice typing more quickly. Or are you already confident you can outsmart and out-text not only the game’s expert word champions, but play live heads-up rounds with other players, including playing games with friends?

Then what are you waiting for? We know you will love this fast paced, text battle word game!

The concept is simple. It’s one of the best free to download, free to play games, and that makes for endless free fun! All you have to do is come up with bigger words and type them faster than your opponent.

Sounds like an easy word game, right? Well, think again - it’s pretty simple in the beginning while you are learning, but it doesn’t stay that way for long. This brain game switches up the rules every round. Every word you use generally has to start with the same letter that the your opponents previous word ended with, and on many levels specific letters are required to be used or simply removed from the keyboard entirely! Don’t let the game intimidate you though. If you’re at a loss for a word that fits the criteria established for you, just use the AutoComplete feature for some suggestions. If you ever run out of AutoCompletes, the in app store has them available for purchase.

Once you’ve honed your skills against our in-game experts and want to really test your texting skills, try the game’s Multiplayer Mode. Simply login to your Facebook account with the app on your phone or tablet and it will save your progress. BattleText will also let you challenge your friends to a quick word game, and if none of your friends are playing just yet, you can use the Quick Match feature to play against a random opponent!

So hurry and download BattleText today! It's one of the best free games to not only test your knowledge of the English language, but expand your vocabulary with fresh, new words. So if you're trying to sharpen your mind, challenge your texting speed, and expand your vocabulary to acquire new words, we have the best word game for you!

## BattleText Reviews in United States

### ****- "👍🏾"
It’s a cool game , Queen Dictionary was the easiest 🙂‍↕️. More people need it for multiplayer tho
-- Devwyaa, 2025-06-17

### ***-- "It would be a 5…but"
Cheaters… You have cheaters in the game who are getting double play points every turn.
Please correct this and I’ll bump this up to a five
-- JustBe333, 2025-04-28

### ***-- "Too much ads"
Literally after every game there’s an ad, it’s the most annoying thing about this app
-- m4verik, 2025-03-21

### ***-- "Great Game but Unfair Advantage that Wrecks the Enjoyment"
This game is great apart from the fact that it gives a very unfair advantage to the player who goes first, as other players noted years ago. The developers said years ago they added a bonus round to fix this issue but there are no bonus rounds as far as I can tell. I have been first in every single multiplayer round I’ve ever played and it feels unfair and hardly competitive, as it’s very easy to be the first one to 50 when I effectively get one turn more than the player who goes second. Also, my fiancé and I do not have a Facebook. It frustrating that signing in with Facebook is the only way to play with friends as we had to make accounts specifically for this app. And to top it off, the invitation feature doesn’t even work. There is no way to accept a game invitation so after all that, we’re not even able to play together. Additionally, I paid for to remove ads. The app said my purchase was successful then crashed and it still shows me ads.
-- Amburgers&Woot, 2024-11-28

### ***-- "WTH"
The game crashes when you pay to have the adds removed and then still proceeds to show adds please fix this or give me my money back
-- wreckitredd, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Of course, ruined by other humans."
The game itself is great, I love the concept and how it’s played. What ruins it, is when you’ve won and the game gives your opponent “one last chance”. If the goal is 40 or 50 and I get there first, then I won. Secondly, there needs to be some sort of code that can be introduced that can suspect when someone is cheating. I have a very good vocabulary and I do not doubt anyone else, but when the opponent is using 18 letter words, it’s pretty obvious what it is.
-- TheStarryEyedSpaceGirl, 2024-10-09

### **--- "I like the game but you can only log into Facebook"
Being able to only use Facebook for login is ridiculous. Could you please add a different log in feature?
-- hopHOPqueEN2345671890, 2024-08-13

### **--- "Ehhhh"
Would be a great game if you could actually play with your friends but anyone I’ve tried to play with just gets stuck on the loading screen.
-- Kp22508, 2024-03-11

### ***** "So good"
I like playing with this game with my daughter, but it will be even better if I can set to play the game without time limits because my daughter is very nervous when there is a time limit if you can set the game without time limits. Yeah, I think well, my daughter will like it even better even more yes
-- Gameking-Eric, 2024-01-17

### *---- "multiplayer does not work"
this game is really fun when you’re playing story mode, but i tried playing multiplayer with my partner and it just didn’t work. you can send invites but there’s no feature on the app to accept invites and it literally just doesn’t work. i’ve also found that this game crashes constantly and i have to restart my match all over.
