This app is great, but I have an important suggestion to make that KINDLY ADD SCREEN CAST feature to this app. This will help .

If you are happy to waltz through life reading the Quran without having any understanding, then this app is not for you. Au contrare if you have a need to build a stronger relationship with Quran that goes behind reading it , Bayyinah is an investment for Akhira.

Salaams…. I have made payments twice via the App store however Subscription not active inspite of the payment debited from account. Pls help with a solution on priority

I’ve purchased the app. But, I haven’t got access to any content. It’s stuck on purchase screen.

Hello, I bought a yearly payment plan and the amount got debited but I am not able to see any lectures or courses as I open the app It takes me to the payment plans. Does it take 2-3 business days to get the account activated or it gets activated instantly. If I get the response earliest it would be helpful to me.

The app is a great initiative by Nouman Ali Khan and the Bayyinah team. JazakAllah for making it so easy for us. But there a few glitches. Such as that when I minimise the app and pause the audio/video when I resume it back I hear two things playing. Like the hear the lecture from here I paused but also it begins from the start. Like two voices. Also, if I spot the video in between and the next time I play it from my history it doesn’t pick up from that spot. JazakAllah Khair.

I am unable to use the app since It crashes everytime I try to open it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but it continues to crash. This happens after sign-in. If I don’t sigh in I am able to browse briefly but as soon as I sign in the app crashes. Please take a look at it. I am missing out on my Arabic course as well as new videos posted by Ustadh Nouman. When raise my hands to make Dua i always pray for you Ustad and for your entire family Subhan Allah. This not an application Bayyinah is the University where we are learning so many things الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ. Lots of Prayers to you Ustad. From India. ان شاء اللّٰه i will learn and learn and will spread and share this treasure with others.
