Why can’t I zoom in on pictures? Or watch videos horizontally? That kind of limitation is so annoying that I’m thinking switching to another source for my daily news. So user-unfriendly!

Please bring back the british red and the beauty of it integrated throughout like before. But yes very happy that turkish advertising isnt always interrupting the news we want to see! And videos in landscape please with the option to turn of automatic next video as you need to rush or you have to spend time going back. It is very irritating Thank you for your time

The new redesign makes for slower navigation, more difficulty reading and doesn’t support dark mode. Nothing was broken and the app didn’t need fixing, seems like the marketing departement had nothing to do.

Why do I need to register to read the news? Also the choice of color… since when BBC is black?

The new design was a terrible regression. We lost the choice of topics and clean display. And now, this app is forcing non - skippable ONE MINUTE ads before videos ! I will never stand through as one minute ad ! I use to like the way BBC treats information, but this is too much... Edit : new version from March 2024. This version is continuously asking to create an account. Now, everytime I launch the app, I have to push "Continue without account". I have no intention to create another data - siphoning account ! Thanks but no thanks ! This is a new low for what used to be a great service...

Top menu is missing iOS 17.2

Since a new update I havent been able to search for the news im interested in. Replaced by trending. How is this different from top stories? Why are there two tabs that do the same thing!

Terrible new format - no more selection of ‘ my news’ - now an imposed random selection by country/ region - not very interesting or up to date . no EU . i am nit interested in golf o4 Trump. The former version was far better . No means to customize ex the new version. I think I will switch to another provider so I can see an unbiased full range of the news

New update to the app is terrible. Can’t search or find what I’m interested in. Too much about the USA (I would go to an American media if I’m looking for news about the US) no section for Europe or Africa (among many other missing sections). It’s become useless. Why break what is working ?

With the new layout my chosen news topics and latest news has disappeared. Instead have to scroll through a random and reduced list of headings that are sorted in alphabetical order. No heading for Europe, but there is for usa and china. What is this? No option for Brexit and other filter options have disappeared. In fact there is no filter.
