The new version has a lot of advertisements. While I was reading one single content, two different ads popped up in my screen. In less than 3 minutes I got 3 ads. One per minute. It is really annoying. I’ve deleted it and just moved to the Safari version. Doesn’t worth it anymore. That’s sad.

News are great, but the app and especially the ads are really destroying the experience. Full screen ads that you need to close 3 times in a row(probably a bug), or video/image in a news page that keeps opening full screen and you need to close every time you scroll 2 lines of text.
I understand the necessity of ads, but there is a proper way to show it. By the end, I feel rage rather than curiosity towards the brand in the ad.

I am a huge fan of BBC, from the far far away times of short-wave international radio broadcast to, more recently, its add-free App. 

1) No problem on advertising, just do not exaggerate on it, please. Big add in the front page? This means one star left.

2) As a Brazilian citizen, I have constantly noticed laziness and, most importantly, bias on the related country coverage: at each Covid-19 entry for instance, the text immediately changes to the same old subject of blaming the President who denies the perils of the pandemic, etc. A copy-paste procedure that makes clear the political taste of the BBC’s correspondents, even for a left-oriented reader. It’s a waste of time reading it. Please tell you aides that there are other things going on here and blaming the bad-guy only is almost an offense to BBC’s readers; is close to misinformation. Please tell them to search for other point of view. This means two stars left.
