The new version doesn’t give you any choice of your particular news interest. The old version was better by far.

Tech issues?
Since yesterday my app is not opening the detailed version of the news and says I have a problem with the internet when all other news apps are working fine as normal. Is there a problem? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and also restarted etc. and nothing has helped ☹️ Help please!
Good service save for Cookies nagging
I like BBC, a lot actually, but why do I have to repeatedly, all the time, infuriatingly click that I consent to cookies? I made an account, enabled all the settings, allowed all the fcookies, agreed to everything.. every day, same story – yes, I AGREE – yes, I CONSENT, ad absurdum
Zero privacy
Your cookie settings are worse than 3rd world marketing company. WHY don’t you allow people to SIMPLY REJECT all with one click?? WHY do you force people to tap 100x to REJECT LEGITIMATE INTEREST to all those unknown and anonymous advertisers?? BTW HIDDEN behind scrolling to the very bottom of the cookie settings and behind “vendor settings” button If this is the standard of TREATING YOUR READERS’ INFORMATION, how serious are you about the information you provide??
New Tabs Layout is a Terrible Mess
Sorry guys, really bad initiative. A Photo across a half tablet’s screen is not informing nor visually attractive. Where once I could scroll down My News easily to pick up a piece of news, you force us scroll repeatedly on several tabs next each other. Sorry guys, give the old layout back!

I really like the new sleeker UI It’s a good app, just one small thing - closing an article by swiping down would be nice.
