Before on the BBC app, I could favourite topics of my interest and search for articles. Now, I can’t do any of that. I can only read the current news. This means that if I find an interesting article now, I cannot save it for later or search for it later. I have to read it immediately or I will lose it. The only reason I use this app is because it is the most convenient for breaking news, but the quality of the app has sharply declined after their most recent update. The app was not even the best to begin with. Hoping there will be improvements soon.
