I have the 2022.4.2 version on my iPhone 6, iOS 12.5.7. The app said that mine was outdated version so I can not access the app, which means I can not read any news, which is quite frustrating. Yet, the notification keeps coming. But since I hold on to this old device, I will never be able to read the news. So I guess its time to say good bye.
unituitive, unable to personalize news, revert back to the old app now!
Since the latest update, the Top Stories page doesn’t render properly and the adverts are much more intrusive, full screen and on a timer.
In the Around the BBC columns / section - the pictures disappear. It has been weeks like that. I try to delete and reinstall, problem stays. Please fix it
BBC News provides myriad essential news ranging from international issue, business, tech, and culture and sports in free of charge app. This app possesses a custom feature which allows the reader to set favorable news categories at the ribbon at top of the app. In addition to that, must-have feature like hyperlinks for instance, is also provided to link the opened news with related issues outstanding. I always keen on BBC style of journalistics. They always write palpable message with the explanation of basic concept of terminology and its root of problem. This is always highlighted and explained clearly with straightforward language style. Moreover, as an extra mile, they always deploy industry specific correspondent and analyst to give their views and analysis. One of this app inertia is the inability to find and search the news that has released before. It could have disturbed the person who doesn’t have fix time allocation to reading the newsletter every day.
I read a news, but when scroll down, the app keep on closing down. Can you please help to fix it ? Thanks
please fix it on iPhone X it caused my other app to force close even after I update with the new version

I love BBC News, but in this new update have some bug. So when i click play button video its take long time to response. And theres a adv not display (full blank at my iphone screen)Hupefully you can fix this.. thankyou
