Can’t swipe from left edge to go back. Can’t swipe to close photos. Can’t select text to look up words in dictionary or use the translate function. Can’t zoom text. Can’t swipe between sections. Can’t select sections I am interested in.

Is this just a web app now? Navigation is messed up, safari opens for articles, swipe back don't work, tab bar is hidden behind a stack of articles... please read the HIG (hope you know what it is), and bring back the real app. Will keep it installed hoping for improvements, but not using it anymore.

I used to be able to choose what topics I was interested in and go straight to them (My News) but that’s gone and instead I have to go through lots of topics to find what I’m interested in and even then there doesn’t seem to be many articles in each topic. How can they manage to have so many sports topics (is it really necessary with both football and premier league?)? Not impressed at all.

Does the absolute minimum a news app should, but irritatingly seizes control of all audio when open, even when not showing ads.

Some of the “articles” of news are misrepresented and are magazine prices that take far longer to load to the extent that you can recognise and close them before they finish loading.

I’ve been using this app for my news for a long time. Highly recommend it. But there is one problem that I want them to fix. When the adverts play (even though they are mute) it stops any music playing in another application. So I can’t read articles while enjoying my music. Please fix this.

Congratulations, during the past decade you managed, probably with giant efforts, to alter the level of journalism from the most serious news agency in the world to 💩!
Cats on trees rescued by mice and articles of that kind, which you almost every day deliver to your public, are not news but entertainment and nothing more. Your so called “ Features and Analysis “ most often are at a Disney level as well. 
I have been following you my entire life and I am really very sorry and angry for your monumental decline which I feel as the loss of a close and beloved friend.
