Intrusive Advertising
Had to delete Adverts constantly overlaying content and / or executing video clips exiting you out of the app Very poor and even trying to block the ads does not work
Still an important news outlet
I find the news relevant and well written and so far have not seen biases. It has fearless views too which commendable. It’s not arrogant in a way that it is overbearing. Can BBC improve further? It can as long as it doesn’t delve too much on British politics.
Factfulness
While it’s great of BBC to have been credible channel for news across globe. Please be factually and avoid unconscious biased reporting. Often facts are stranger than fiction and Covid19 is glaring event. God Bless Humanity stay safe stay healthy to all in BBC team👍🏼

Because American reporting can be a bit close to the issue I would like to see the excellent BBC reporters give there perspective.
Interface
The way the app looks at first glance is quiet easy on the eyes, but once you navigate your way through it and among the articles, it just becomes a bit of nuisance and disappointing. A much simpler and more organized topics bar would be a good way to start in its improvement. Aside from the mentioned issue, articles are, when clicked, easier to deal with than the things you had to go through the whole interface.

Since UK has ceased its global ambitions, BBC is less politically-motivated than a more-recent competitor from the current still globally-ambitious state.
