Terrible service.

They will deliver items of a different brand if the actual one is unavailable. Also, a lot of times the products you selected at the time of placing are unavailable on the day of delivery.

This app isn't made for iOS

neither search nor product detail page works.

Worst quality

A bb daily guy came and told me some things are free and made me subscribe them and even made me put 1000 bucks in my bb wallet. I saw the money in the wallet is beings deducted for the subscriptions made which were free and what made me write this is the quality of the fruits watermelon is not red at all, worst of the quality you have given me and it is not even edible. I will add a photo if I get an option

Very worst services

1 star rating is also more for the kind of services they provide. I have subscribed for daily milk delivery, it’s almost 24 days and I have raised the complaint for deliveries almost daily. They won’t deliver the product which I have requested nor they deliver from the day at all. It is almost daily routine that instead of drinking the coffee from the milk they deliver I have to talk to their help Center about the non delivery of products 😜. And their response is same everyday they have escalated but it is just in the chat. No better don’t use their service. I am just waiting for my wallet to zero to move out of their services and delete this app from.

Bad experience / worst service

They don’t even deliver on time, when ever we raise a complaint “there was an technical issue, we will rectify this will not repeat for your future orders”, next time onwards repeated same. No door step delivery with proper packing just throughing the packaging in parking area with out mentioning door number or falt number. Whenever product has been delivered we need to check where the product was. The customer care service is too dump i think they have scripted paper any issue raised they will say one dialogue “it will not repeat, we are checking”. Before publishing the application/API’s kindly check and update the app.

Worst Billing

I am faced issues with billing. They are deducting the amount without delivering the milk packets. Even without delivering the milk packets they deducting the delivery charges. This is not first time in past also happened.

Awesome app , best services but poor accounting

Awesome app and services but accounting issues. What is delivered might be different from what is ordered . Opted for full creme milk , charged for it but toned milk is delivered . Need to establish sync between delivery and accounting.

Pathetic service in Pune

Been a user since the day it was launched in Pune. Since two months I have raised a complaint almost every single day! The service standards have fallen very badly, the customer care team is least bothered, ground operations team doesn’t have man power and ultimately we as customers are suffering “daily”. Today I pulled the plug and I am switching to their competitor for good! Adios!!
