Very costly items are shown and kept at the wrecks. You should keep more usable and regular items.

This app is useless , they have developed a system in which you dont know what you will be charged for. You pick one item and you can be charged for multiple items and thier support staff tells that item was picked so we cant help you. They are also dumb like their system. This is not expected from TATA.

I used this vending machine, but after my transaction, the door didn’t close. After me someone else came and took some items for which I was charged. The support team basically told me I can’t do anything about it. Be careful, high chance of fraud and theft

They charge you for things you haven’t bought. It is a hassle. They always add things which you did not even pick up and answer with that there was a weight mismatch and then wait for 24 hours to process the refund.

So apparently BB believes in punishing people for reporting about a machine that stopped functioning. As a regular user, i made a transaction of 15rs and realised the door isn’t getting locked. I called them and reported about this issue also making them aware that there are products inside it which can easily be taken by anybody without paying. BB instead went about charging me for the products that went missing amounting to total of 690rs.
