The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. If I wasn’t diligent about getting my reimbursement the claims would have never been paid. Some of the claims I have had to resubmit up to three times to get them paid. Second, the “comments” line apparently had no way to be accessed or to enter a comment. Third, the only type of file it would allow me to attach was a photo, so the PDFs I had carefully created had to be changed to photos. Fourth, when I moved to other apps to do this, and returned to the BBP app, I had to re-log in and the claim I had begun was lost and had to be started from scratch.
