La función de discreción 😣😔
Porque quitaron la función de discreción al pasar el iPhone por el sensor de apagado de pantalla 😔 No me gusta abrir la aplicación y que la gente vea los 26 euros de mi cuenta 😫
SMS
Es un poco rancio que sigan utilizando los SMS para confirmar operaciones. Estoy en el extranjero fuera de Europa y no tengo acceso a SMS por lo que tengo bloqueada la operativa online y no puedo utilizar la aplicación ni el PC hasta que vuelva a España, el resto de bancos con los que AFORTUNADAMENTE trabajo van un paso por delante en esta operativa y las confirmaciones se hacen a través de la app utilizando la huella o face ID
Pésimo servicio
El servicio que presta este banco es pésimo, en sus bancos y sitios web hay una desconexión comunicativa nefasta. Su personal debería saber lo que ofrecen digitalmente, pero no lo tienen claro y solo le hacen perder el tiempo a las personas.
Pésimo servicio
Nunca encuentra un agente disponible, las llamadas no son contestadas, y te dicen que si tienes una cuenta digital no te pueden atender en una oficina, te hacen esperar más de 2 horas para eso! No recomiendo hacer uso de este banco pues no atienden eficientemente por los canales digitales. Si es tan malo el servicio hasta para abrir una cuenta, imagino que ya cuendo tengas la cuenta el servicio será peor!

E tenido app y servicio en otros bancos’ de las cosas de la vida’ el banco BBVA 10/10 excelente.

Una app bastante fácil de utilizar y explicita, no se complica para tener a la mano la disponibilidad de los servicios, además es muy completa, tiene todo lo que necesitamos como clientes del BBVA
