This app gives you online access to services provided by the Government of British Columbia. It's digital ID that makes it safe, quick and easy to log in.

Error 302 every time I submit my registration request. It’s stuck at email verification and does not allow me to continue. And the help desk phone call never gets picked up. I called them at 4:40 and wait for 20 minutes for the “next agent” that never showed up and when it hit 5:00 the system said “we are closed, BYE!” And hang up on me.

I’m on my third attempt to set this app up. Everything gets verified I go to login to the service I need it for and it says I need to remove the app and do it again. It’s of no use when what I need could be done with an online form.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled as instructed, multiple times. I have the latest version of app so that’s not the issue. Due to this, everytime I lose my account and have to create a new one (waiting 1-2 business days for the ID verification). Then as soon as I go to use the app, I get the same message telling me to uninstall and reinstall. Which again, means I’m waiting days to reverify- as there is 0 option upon opening the app after reinstalling that allows you to log into an old account. You MUST create a new one EVERY time. I see in the reviews people have been having this issue for 4 YEARS. Please fix the bugs. This is unacceptable given that I have to use this app to verify my HealthGate BC account. So not only does this issue make it impossible to access my BC services account, it also prevents me from accessing other necessary medical care related apps/websites.

Can someone please explain where all of our tax payer dollars go? This app is so difficult to use, does not work, and is probably built by boomers who don't know anything about being used friendly. There is garbage, and then there is absolute garbage. The latter is this app.

Got a new phone.  Thought it was all set up.  Six months later i wanted to review my immunization.  Easy ? Not!  Had to dig out my old phone, find old charging cable and charge it.  But the app was on the cloud - tried to down load but couldn’t connect to internet.  Got that solved,  don’t know what new hell I will experience yet.  BTW:  wanted to access medical records is an old person activity.  Old as is Luddite.

The included services were not any that I needed. When I first downloaded the app, years ago, it included all the useful features I wanted. 
This is the third or fourth time I have had to delete the app and then prove yet again who I am. 
I added the useful services by clicking around and accidentally finding a way to add services. I see them saved but they will not let me in to the service…without a “BC Services Card”. 
I went around in circles. The app brings me to the service and the service says a need the card and takes me back to the app, and round again I go.

I’ve reinstalled a few times now. Just got it working again and was able to use it to authenticate 1 time, then on the next try, the app threw an error and said it had to be reinstalled…. Which is not a quick process as it makes the user redo all their info, record a video, etc.

I did the video / photo to be approved/identify confirmation at least 1-2 months ago... And then it asks me to fill out my information...when I get to the home address and I fill it it... It won't let me press the continue button. And I can't click to add my email or check status until my address aka step 3 has been added! But it won't add my address!! 

Please fix this! I can't log into health Gateway without the BC services all from my phone and this is not cool! Please fix this!
