A genuinely bad app
I’m not sure how something this bad ever got released as a production app. Once I realised how hopeless it is, I tried to sign out, and I can’t even do that. After confirming I want to Log Out, the app immediately signs me in again using Face ID. And if I cover the camera, it just hangs. I’m tempted to use this as a negative example when I teach UX Design. Now I’ll shut it down and uninstall.
I winder if BCAA’s tech management reads these review. I have never before seen an app get essentially nothing but 1 star reviews with a smattering if 2 star reviews.
Unknown error has occurred
Probably the only thing that it does because you can’t log in but online works perfectly deleted app BCAA needs to repair app no way to contact for help go to locations useless

This is the worst experience I ever had. What is the point of the BCAA discount on purchases if the app never lets you actually complete the purchase! Terrible!
Lagging and unrealiable
BCAA app is useless, and the website is also terrible. One of the worst digital platforms that I have used in modern life.
Their entire IT platform and UX needs a major overhaul.
Truly useless tech.
Crashes When You Need it Most!
Crashed over and over yesterday, so I had to call in, they then told me that this was my last call that I was allowed to make because I didn’t use the app. If you’re going to penalize people for not using the app it should actually work. The only time you need to use it is when something bad has happened to your vehicle. Not a good time to fail!
Poor app - can’t log out
Loaded app with facial recognition. Tried several times to log out. Every time I logged out, the app immediately logged back in using facial recognition. I don’t like to run most apps continuously; only when I want to use them. Removed app from phone.
Seems like you people don’t care
Keeps telling me that can’t find my email.
If you guys did care you would have fixed this issue a long time ago. Don’t even deserve a star more like a fizzled attempt to shine like a star

My favourite part is when you try to request assistance but it just says “an unknown error has occurred”
