Poor app and experience
What a poor experience. Can’t renew my membership and all I want to do is pay. Tries to take me to the web app from the mobile app. Slow as hell, I don’t know who designed this application, but clearly they have no idea of good design principles. Had to go on my laptop and login to pay my membership. Go figure !
4 system errors the first 5 minutes using app
Ya this app is really poor. Like embarrassingly bad. Kinda wish I didn’t just join BCAA if this is their efforts. Probably won’t use app and therefore less engagement with the service. Got a year to change my mind BCAA! Step up!
Not AMA
I have AMA and I thought BCAA would be as good. Not so promising so far. Not a lot of features in comparison.
Worst app possible
Puts you into a loop, asking the same questions over and over. No thanks.
Log in does not work
If I could give this app a zero I would! Entered all my info and cannot log in. Did a hard reset on phone, tried again, same thing. Deleted and reinstalled app, same thing. Eventually just deleted for good. Total junk.
Now a dud
This app used to work, but they have neglected it, and it is no longer possible to complete a request for roadside assistance using the app.
UNABLE TO BOOK APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE APP
I AM ONLY ABLE TO CALL BCAA TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE BCAA TOW TRUCK. I AM UNABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE IOS MOBILE APP. WOULD THE APP DEVELOPERS PLEASE FIX THEIR APP!?!? THANK YOU SO MUCH.
App crashes too much to even sign in
Trying to put my login info in, app crashes anytime you click “postal code”. Can’t continue without filling in that box.
Really terrible app.
I downloaded this app a few weeks ago as I thought it would be more streamlined than phoning BCAA for roadside assistance. Wrong! The tow company finally called back after a 2 hour wait and told me they had only just got the referral and that most of the info I had input through the app was missing. None of the timelines updated within the app and I was never issued a Call Number. So when I had to use the app again 2 weeks later, I received an error message as apparently the first call out was still pending! This app is a total waste of time.
