## BCBS FEP Dental Description
Our mobile app helps our members to get the most out of their dental insurance plan and to achieve oral health and wellness.
 
In this release, we have added the ability for our members to submit a claim at the snap of a photo and submit it for processing. In addition, you can store your digital insurance ID cards in your Apple Wallet. This makes for a much more convenient experience.

I’ve never been able to log in to my account with this app!  It won’t accept strong passwords created by apple despite meeting all requirements!  It does like “password” as a password though!  As a retired IT manager I can definitely say this would NEVER be acceptable as a production app!  UGH!!!

I created the FEP dental account via online and returned to the app to login. It continues to tell me that I need to register as a new customer although I have already registered. App needs to be fixed, otherwise, I might as well delete it.

Everything about this app is difficult. Logging in is difficult. Resetting your password is difficult. Changing your password is difficult. It’s like they hired the most incompetent programmers in the world to design this. BCBS should be embarrassed their name is attached to this disaster.

FEP Dental miscoded our “in network” family dentist as out of network which resulted in several phone calls (with significant hold times) and several personal hours trying to correct the error.  Problem was finally corrected but should not have happened in the first place.
