It’s constantly having login issues, and even when you get in, the layout makes it hard to clearly see what’s going on with your investments. Compared to something like Fidelity, it feels clunky and outdated. There’s really no explanation why - usually when I go to open the app it just spins and says “Please wait” and nothing happens. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading and that doesn’t work, either. On the occasion it does work it is very clunky, not intuitive, and lacks visual appeal.
