Not intuitive
It’s taking a while to figure this site out. I spent a lot of time on the phone with people. I can’t figure out how to get the subscription feature to work. It’s faster to walk to the store and buy too.
Your tickets checker
When you purchase tickets using the app and check them after the draw when they are non winning you will not get any kind of message at all. You used to get a message advising of what type of ticket it is and a message saying it was non winning, or appears to be non winning. Now nothing, no message at all. Poor, you can do better

Do not like the change where multiple free play wins are now individual tickets. Clear ploy to generate more Extra plays. Tacky waste of paper.

It doesn’t let me sign in or make an account it doesn’t work on my partners phone either, keeps saying my info is wrong when it isn’t for the security questions…??? So won’t be buying any lotto because of this!
Too much Software malefaction
This app is a nightmare to work with! Too much glitches sometimes I can’t even make a lottery purchase and miss the opportunity. Sometimes even making a deposit is an issue also. Please fix it
