App não funciona
Sou servidor aposentado do Banco Central em Fortaleza. Há mais de dois meses tento acessar o app e não consigo, sempre surgindo a mensagem: “Ocorreu um erro inesperado. Por favor tente novamente”. Desinstalei várias vezes e reinstalei o app no smartphone e no iPad , sem sucesso. Já comuniquei a falha ao responsável pelo BCSaude em Fortaleza e não obtive retorno.
