“北斗云 BD-cloud”由北京中斗科技股份有限公司（简称“中斗科技”）自主研发的“北斗低空飞行监视与服务系统”，是经中国民用航空局飞行标准司正式批准运行的无人机云系统。“北斗云 BD-cloud”充分运用“北斗+互联网+云服务”技术，综合考虑空管、公安、交通等相关部门的管控需求，以及通用航空用户的实际业务需要，实现无人机及飞手的注册管理、计划管理、轨迹跟踪和电子围栏等综合管控功能，是针对无人驾驶飞行器的综合管控和信息服务平台。系统的研发和投入使用能够改善无人驾驶飞行器飞行申报难、管理部门管控“黑飞”乏力的现状，提升无人机的管控力度和监控水平，构建无人机云端监管、报批的高效、安全飞行环境，推进无人机产业健康、有序发展。
